Rich is the founder and creative leader of the company. He brings brings a wealth of experience and insight into how music moves the soul. In addition to composing, arranging and producing music in a wide range of styles, he is a record producer with credit on a Grammy nominated album and he performs live playing bass, mandolin, guitar, keyboard and percussion.
Fan Floros
Producer
Fan plays many roles and is invaluable at Mosaic. In addition to working with clients, studios, musicians and singers to coordinate production she also contributes creatively to each and every project, specializing in vocal production. She is a singer and songwriter, having placed her work on albums and in film.
